Advice Required on Pad Printing Machine on eBay

Does anyone have any information or has purchased one of the electric pad printing machines listed on eBay.

They sell for around $225 and I'm interested in purchasing one. I have googled the models and can't find any information or reviews on them.

If anyone can enlighten me on the print quality etc
