Keen to know if any banks has passed the RBA rate cut yet.
This has been in the news for a week now…it'll appear everywhere if you googled….
Depends (showing variable only)
lowest is Reduce home loan at 3.19%
Mortgage house is second at 3.28%
Athena home loans is good but its meant for refinance only at this stageMacquarie bank is 3.44% which is very good for a solid bank
Thanks YLD1
Macquarie bank is 3.44% which is very good for a solid bank
they hiked twice in 12 months to 3.81 for existing customer
wow i thought macquarie was a major bank, and they do this too?
Twice in a year!! Wow need to be really picky with banks then..
we have small mortgage so found NAB was good as they give you a $2k bonus and 2x Free signature credit cards each with 90k quants points for a rate of 3.49% with no ongoing or setup fees at all. Free offset and redraw as well.
But $395 annual fee?
Is this at a branch or through a broker
wat size is ur mortgage? amazing ur getting 3.49 with a small mortgage, but small mean different things to different people.
This sounds unbelievable - you sure no ongoing fees and free offset?
On website it is 3.54%
3.49% is for first home buyer only (fixed with 4.79% comparison)
Saw a westpac ad too on similar lines - $2k bonus etc
Missed seeing the interest rate
from my reading stay away from reduce home loans. too many people say they jack rates after ur in, and discharge fees are high as hell.
