Has Anyone Bought Budget Direct Travel Insurance before? Will You Recommend It?

I am looking to buy an annual policy for my parents and Budget direct travel insurance is the cheapest by far and by a lot! Does anyone put through a claim before? Are they difficult tot deal with? Many loopholes? OR I better find another insurance company?

        One cover. I have claimed with them before and they were great to deal with.
        Only company I will use.

          unfortunately my dad is 65 and they dont issue for over 64 yo

          I've had quite the opposite, Claimed with TID before no issues
          One Cover was the biggest pile of crap I ever purchased

            @HowDidIGetHere: Depends on the likelihood of making a claim. Insurance and variable excess are akin to gambling :)

        The negative reviews are for mostly ridiculous reasons

    Have used TID annual policy for 4 years. No claims as yet. What ever you choose read the PDS from cover to cover.

    I recently got it with world2cover. I've used TID and budget direct before but never claimed.

    Just remember any pre existing medical problems are never covered by travel insurance.
