Not much to say really. 10x AAA batteries. Used to be $4.90 now $1.
Stock is not available in all locations.

This sentence could be interpreted as: Stock is not available anywhere OR stock is not available everywhere. I assume OP meant the latter.
I would reckon that it means that not every store stocks this item.
Relax turbo
Good question.LOL.
It's been $1 online for a while. The trouble is back then, even now, stock is few and far between.
I managed to get the 2 last packs of AA at Sunshine (VIC) store, and pretty much sold out elsewhere. Maybe because they were hidden behind some posters in the cabinet all along lol
WA Phoenix Whitfords Ellenbrook Bunbury Gero Karratha
Officeworks stocks these (and the AA version, also at EB for $1), so… price match?
Anybody tried this yet?
Yes price matched at Officeworks Pitt St. Came to 95c each.
Lucky mate I got told to go away because its a clearance item and they don't match it? Could you possibly post a pic of your receipt
Did it this morning. They were reluctant to price match, checking EB Games to make sure 'it is not a clearance as we don't price match clearance items'. Finally they agreed.
Interestingly they sell the batteries at $8 something a 10 pack, while EB do them for $4+. Not sure why
What did you say to them? I just got told no because its a clearance item? And could you please send a pic of the receipt mate, cheers
I'll give it a go tomorrow
Are these better than standard engergizers?
Seriously, people still using disposables with all the eneloop and Ladda deals over the years?
Seriously this.
We should all have a lifetime supply of Eneloops already.
No good in devices that require higher than 1.2V unfortunately and those devices aren’t exactly all that rare.
Did I miss this? What happened there?
Up until a couple of years ago, there was an Eneloop post on OzBargain almost every day.
@[Deactivated]: I'm too new :(
Nobody uses Eneloops. They're all still in their packaging.
Checked for postcode 3000, seems all out of stock :( Wish I can buy 1 set
In stock at Watergardens & Forest Hill if that helps.
2780 Katoomba is no stock
Price match at office works
This is VARTAAAAAA!!!!!
Nice 300 reference. Have an upvote from me!
lol only came here looking for this quote. Was not disappointed!
Please put these batteries in the Battery Recycling Bin after use!
Or better yet, but eneloops instead.
Mrs will be happy
Is that a vibrator reference or do I need to get my head out of the gutter?
Depends on the mrs
Thought the exact same thing Hahaha…
Nah his Mrs needs this type of battery for hers: https://images.homedepot-static.com/productImages/6cf78f99-6…
DON'T FORGET GO BUNNINGS PRICE MATCH TO GET 10% OFF AND OFFICEWORKS 5% OFF
bunnings don't have the high energy batteries. only alkaline, in gold.
My bad officeworks only
Dont they sell varta?
colour is differnet
@RichardF89: Yeah. Bunnings only sells the Longlife release. But EB Games sells the High Energy release. It's a different product basically. The High Energy is made for device requiring a high amount of power but the Longlife is for lesser power draining devices and lasts longer.
@hollykryten: do they still price match for different items?
@RichardF89: I don't think so. Why would a store price match against another product model?.
