We're back again with a deal to warm your hearts this cold winter! We've got some of our amazing 4 heat bulb 3-in-1s with a stainless steel face, which is sure to warm up anyone in the coldest of mornings and remove all the steam after your hot showers!

The cutout for them is 290mm x 290mm, and they have 228m³/h of airflow with 4 heat bulbs, giving you instant heat whenever you want it, though if you want less heat, you can always just have 2 on instead of 4 thanks to the included 4 gang switch. They also have an 11W fluro bulb as the centre bulb, but you can change it to LED at any time, or use our downlights as a supplementary light source As a special deal during these cold months, if you use to discount code OZBTIO, you'll get these for a staggering $69.00 each!

Unfortunately due to the bulbs, we can't ship these, but if you want to organise your own shipping, we're more than happy to have the boxes ready to go for the courier to collect from our store.

Was about to place order as I need it for our investment property then realise its from your store so no thanks.
I had a terrible experience shopping in your store few years back, I was yelled at when I was taking a photo to show my sister the light fittings I am shopping for her investment property, I couldn't understand why no photos was allowed however, it would be nice if your staffs were not that rude, I vowed not to set foot in your store ever again and told everyone I come across to do the same too so no thanks.

Hi sistermay. We're so sorry to hear about your experience in our store last time you were here - that is definitely not something we strive for at our store. We have changed some of the staff members in the past couple of years, as we want our customers to have the best possible experience in store, and we try to make sure that everyone is served and all their questions are answered. We also believe that photos should be allowed, and even recommend it for the exact reason you mentioned: we don't want someone buying something without checking it first, especially if their partner/sibling/person buying it with you is going to hate it!

While I can't speak specifically for what happened last time you came in with the specific staff member, I, along with the rest of the staff and management sincerely apologise, and while I understand you may never come back - and that's totally OK - just know that if you do ever come back and give us another shot, we'll be sure you'll have an amazing experience with us!

      • Well I hope those staffs never work in any retail or servicing business again as they certainly are liabilities not an asset to the business employed them.
Both my parents and I undergone full renovations of our homes after that incident and certainly we didn't get our supplies from you. Up until now, I still didn't understand what's their big fuss of customers taking photos of the lights except assuming that is the company's policy !!!
Well best of luck with your new staffs and I am glad that common sense prevail in the end to allow customers to take photos of your products.

Go on, Give'em another go, a one off experience is a bit harsh, and the fact they took the effort to respond is pretty good!
