I'm off to Surfers Paradise on the weekend have a place booked in the middle of it all.
What is there to do there any Comedy Clubs or fun stuff to do I was looking at Jet Ski on the river, anything on over the weekend around there?

Draculas caberet is a good night out. Hooters for cheap beers. Infinity is crazy little futuristic themed escape room/mind trip, all the SLSC are excellent for views and food. All localised to Surfers for the best part.
Never seen anyone jetski around the area but sure it goes on. That's more reserved for South Stradbroke Island.

Its middle of winter here and we'll tell you its very cold here now, so nobody is going into the water:-) You'd probably find more people going to the Brisbane Southbank "beach" LOL.
Most people I know love going to the theme parks. Pick one that you might fancy, or two.
You've missed the Fancy/Classic car show last week.
Dunno about jetskis, water police are nazis here.
