Need Help with how to get Welcome Back Ps3 Package

Hey just wandering if anyone can give me a step by step guide on how to get the games.
And do you have to be a playstation plus member to get it?

You dont need ps plus

Go to the store, on the right tab is welcome back info

Click this and pick 2 of the 5 games

If you get an error the server is overloaded so try the download again.

How big are the game approximately?
And can you schedule and or pause downloads?

    I'm not sure about that but maybe they are yours to keep? as you would need to download the movies onto the ps3.
    
    I haven't tried it because I've seen black hawk down and hostel.
