Need suggestions.
Recently moved into apartment. Sometimes in the evening garbage smell seeps from hallway to the main living area. Bought ‘ Door Draft’ like below https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/283395333325
But it only covers bottom. Can someone suggest me what can I do for sides( both on hinge side and knob side) and top? Any suggestions? I am somewhat desperate here.
Moving to another place is not an option.

It’s not every time.. just sometimes, and this is a apartment. It’s huge complex.
Gap is just 2mm.
My comment still stands.. if you have garbage smell coming from a hallway, you have much bigger problems

Another option is to to have slight positive pressure from your apartment so the draught blows out (preventing smell coming in).
That is working if I open balcony door. But, it’s cold and cant open doors whole day.

Make sure you by the rubber not foam(disintegrates after a few years) variety.

Put a Raven door seal - it closes when the door closes and lifts up when you open the door
You've got bigger problems if you can smell garbage IMO
But you can buy the door seals from Bunnings that is basically like tape you put around the door frame. https://www.bunnings.com.au/raven-2m-grey-multi-use-rubber-s… But depending on how big the gap is, night not be suitable
