Further if you want to get technical all humans are family - sharing a common parent if you go back far enough. Mathematically you dont even have to go back that far.

I’m pretty sure this is far from “Free” going the phoney rental route. You’ll undoubtedly be paying fees and definitely be in breach the t&c of either the promotion or the normal t&cs.
Now if you were already in the airb&b property biz that be different. But more than likely you’ve already got something like set up.
