I made several bookings with Accor Hotels through ShopBack towards the end of last month when the cashback rate was temporarily up to 9% (normally up to 6%), but for some reason, I did not receive a single tracking confirmation email for any of them. However, the click activity are showing for all of them. I've made several Accor Hotels purchases before this period (when the cashback rate was up to 6%), and had no tracking issues whatsoever. This time, I've had to manually report all of the missing cashback, which was a real pain.
What I'd like to know is, has anyone else made an Accor Hotels booking during the end of last month, and if so, have you received tracking confirmations from ShopBack? If you have, is the cashback amount reflecting the increased rate?
I've already asked ShopBack regarding this, and they didn't seem to have a clue.

Not Accor but none of my Hilton ones are tracking on Shopback or Topcashback
