Hi, I purchased an Amaysim mobile service to get the shopback $55 cashback. I activated the sim on Monday, and have today gotten an email saying there was a problem and could take an extra 5 business day to port my number. The problem is the service needed to be activated by tomorrow to get the cashback and my other service with catch expired on Tuesday. I'm now potentially going to miss out the cashback and pay more for a plan than i usually would and be without a phone for up to a week.
I'm hoping if anyone could give me some advice on what to do now?
