Need Help Picking a 4k Monitor between Samsung and Asus. Any Other Recommendations?

Found these two 4k monitors that look pretty decent for the price. Budget is around $400-$500. It is for the Xbox one X.

I would buy the samsung as it is the prettier of the two LOL!! The other one looks old fashioned.

The Asus listing says it's not compatible with the Xbox X for freesync - the Samsung should be fine though - if that's a factor to you

Would also be looking at refresh rate, colour accuracy, brightness (nits) , response time

Out of curiosity, why do people not go for a 4K TV for a similar price?

If your use is for an Xbox One X, I would go for a TV over a monitor.
