How do these scammers fake so many good ratings? That's what baffles me. The item of purchase on his feedbacks are hidden.
Could be a hacked account. A feedback score of 5000 is too high for scammers to get on their own.
Seems like normal discount price. It's S10 without the plus.
Oh I totally overlooked that, makes more sense now! I filtered S10+ but I guess it didn't work.

Samsung does half price for it's partners' employees, such as the telecos. These employees may purchase phones on Samsung portal as half price and resell them on ebay or gumtrees.
