are they brand new?
you should refer to manufacturer for warranty issues!
Yes brand new
Never had a bad experience with Futu. Had a DOA harddrive from them, they did the refund after I posted back and they checked it was indeed DOA (huge clicking noises).
They've always posted quickly so that's fine too.
Only complaint I would have is they regularly price jack and then do the 20% eBay sales. Still can find bargains if you look hard enough.
In case you don't know, Futu online is owned by Kai Seng computers (KS Computers) which also operates Shopping Express, as well as Shallothead. https://abr.business.gov.au/AbnHistory/View?id=83095108777
My invoices from Futu Online have Kai Seng Computer Solution Pty Ltd printed, with the address Unit 6B, 69 O'Riordan, Alexandria NSW 2015, which is the Shopping Express business address.
The packages are usually marked Academic It Market. KS Computers is based in Auburn.
Feedback on Whirlpool shows that they generally deliver on time but they have pretty slow communication.
Thanks for this. I got a notification for a parcel from ‘Kai seng solutions’ and it seems to be a gpu I got off smart home eBay.
Hi, I ordered a Dell Ultrasharp U2720Q 27" monitor from Futu_Online ebay shop on 18 March 2021 and it arrived on 19th March 2021. The advertised condition was:
Brand New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is available in a retail store, unless the item was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. See the seller's listing for full details.
The item arrived repacked in a box that had previously been opened, the box was marked with small tears in the cardboard both in the outside of the box and in the inside packaging, clearly not packed as a new item as the box wasn't even closed and secured properly. Cables were loosely packed randomly inside the box and unsecured, not in the box compartments for the accessories as would be the case for a new item. The cord wrappers weren't even done up on the main power cord, and the items had clearly been repacked.
I will be requesting a full refund from Futu_Online and if that is no good a full refund through eBay. I've bought from Futu before but never will again.
If shipping times are any indicator I'd say you'll be okay. I've bought several PCs from them and all have arrived within two or three days.
