Unfortunately the free delivery only applies to hampers. 60 blocks costs $120 delivery and it goes up $2 for each block added, at $3 block it's not such a good deal (currently that price at Coles for 1 block).
Chocolate blocks $10 for up to 5 blocks purchased in a single transaction and sent to the same address
Example:
1-5 Blocks - $10 delivery fee
6-10 Blocks - $20 delivery fee
11-15 Blocks - $30 delivery fee
I've played around with it. If you increase it to 451 delivery fee goes away.
Not sure if actually works as I don't want to spend $451 on 90kg of chocolate.
