Is this a good iPad Pro 10.5 2017 deal?

Hi,

I'm in the market for an ipad pro 10.5 either 256 or 512 gb. This seems to be the best one I can find.

Anyone can suggest a better deal?

Would I be able to TRS this?

It doesn't look like it can be TRS'd since it doesn't mention it has a Tax Invoice.

  I contacted them and they said there will be a tax invoice. Box is opened but item is unused. That shld not affect TRS right?

I doubt they are unused.

Not sure if these are 2017 but probably better as it's new
