Has Cashrewards dropped their itunes cash back? Says 4.90 % on the banner on website but when you link through to cash back it says 1.40 %.
Where are you seeing 1.4%? These are the current iTunes rates:

They are just splitting the apps. There will be a seperate app for Movies and music.

No, only the instore is visa only. Otherwise it's shop as you would normally online after clicking through.
