I haven't used Ebay that much, so not sure how legit these deals are. The guy seems to have a decent number of feedbacks, but unsure if he's selling fake ones.

The Herman Miller Aeron was still available for purchase and had 10 stocks available yesterday. I woke up this morning to find that it's sold out. However, if you look at the purchase history, only 3 stocks were sold. Not sure what happened to the other 7 stocks?
And looking at the eBay Money Back Guarantee policy, it seems that if you haven't received the item, you could claim for a refund and Ebay should sort that for you. In addition to that, you can do a credit chargeback through your bank. So I'm somewhat willing to risk a gamble here, but still unsure.
Can someone confirm if OK or share their thoughts?
If its seems to good to be true it probably is. They are trying to scam Paypal or the like I suspect. Even if the Aerons were second hand they are not that cheap. New. No way as they retail in AUS for at least $1200-1599 new. 100% sure fake. Assuming you receive it. IMO.
