If you don't mind secondhand and local pickup, people are always flogging tripods for under ten dollars on eBay.
If you are only using a light lenses than this is fine.
Also comes with the phone attachment, I am using it with the same camera and I keep it in my bag at all times, very light and convenient.

manfrotto compact seems to suit what you need and comes with a phone clamp , but only 1.5kg weight - won't be able to hook weights onto the tripod for stability; need to worry about weight of lens
