Yeah, ever since that happened the number of 9289 deals have also dropped as well. I wonder how they're doing, financially.

A site that used to offer PC parts at vastly discounted price in COTD style. One product a day, starts at 12 noon.
I still remember them having a deal on 120GB SSD for less than $200, this was about 9 mths back and its still the best price I've seen.
Yep, however unlike COTD they had real bargains and actually delivered the products before the customer reached the same age as Methuselah! ;)
And had a rep that actually solved problems with ordering…
9289 has renamed the business too just so u guys know

So what ultimately happened, was it Paypal that killed them? I recall talk that PP froze their funds because they were turning over big bucks so fast, leading to their demise? :o
