Well I think your last point is a bit harsh as RRP is $49.95, so $10 less is a bit of a bargain. But $39.97 is more expensive than on Sunday when Fishpond had these for $10.78 each. I kid you not. Just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I bought 10 of them so $107.80 delivered for 30000 Xbox Live points. I'll be passing on the savings to mates - not going to horde them.

I forgot to add that I rang up some mates at the time, then put my order through and then checked back to find the price back at $49.99. This was all in the space of 5 minutes. Otherwise I definitely would have posted. In fact, I didn't think for a second that it wouldn't be posted everywhere already but I found out later it wasn't.

This isn't an advertising site, deal needs to be cheapest available, not just any price, and any saving of rrp doesn't justify a post, imagine the clutter of deals if that was the case
IIRC last time Fishpond said that there were X left in stock, once those finish the price remains but goes to "in stock with supplier" and you can still order at that price (but not for long until they change the price)
