How to contact Hunter Express in Sydney for Delivery of my bed.

Good morning all
i am in Sydney area.
Order a bed from ZZZ Atelier, Upon checking the delivery check in Hunter Express, they stated that they are waiting for customer call to fix the delivery day.Call the company on the 132 number ( supply by ebay suppier ), direct to that useless voice mail. No human answer to the call at all. How to talk to a human ????

    Manage to get thru to a human, he said they cant book a day, i have to contact the supplier to make a day.
    Actually i am not picking any day, i am working from home, any day they do the delivery is fine with me. i just follow what they put in the tracking details.
    Contact them to book a day. So frustrated with this delivery company ….
    What should i do now ??

    Any Ozbargain bro and sis from Sydney ordered the Mattress too ? Did u guys received the Mattress ? Did Hunter Express contact you for delivery ?

    Edit: I recently left a bad review for Hunter Express but I was actually dealing with Fastway and not Hunter.

    I do remember dealing with Hunter Express now. Ordered a mattress with Ecosa. Was good to deal with but it was hard to find out who their contractors are up in Darwin because there is no local Hunter Express depot up here. Once I figured that out. It was smooth sailing dealing with their local contractor.

    I just got the notifications and my mattress left on my doorstep. Slightly annoyed the box broke but in the end wasn't much effort to get it inside with 2 people.

    Got the mattress , they sms me the date and said they will come within working hr ( 9-5 ), so have to watch like a guard dog. :{
    They arrived mid day , the driver is nice, helped me move the mattress inside.
    Haven't open the box yet as i am waiting for the bed to come next week.
