TaoTronics BH052 + Android 9 = Issues?

Hi all,

I bought the Taotronics BH052 bluetooth headphones a few months ago and they were working great on my Note9… until my phone updated to Android 9. Now I can only use them as separate BT earphones - i.e., they won't connect to each other. My phone is recognising them as 2 different devices.

Has anyone had a similar issue or know what's going on?

    Try factory resetting them as detailed in this video.

    Switch them off and park them into the craddle. Delete them from your phone. Take the right one out of the cradle and pair. Then take the left one out and it should automatically pair to the right. Works everytime.

      Any problem I've had with these headphones have been fixed by this.

      I managed to fix it using the vid tutorial above but I'll try this if it stops working again, as the factory reset was pretty fidgety.
