      I think it's okay, but I'm not a legal knowledge person.

      While selling goods at a below-cost price is usually okay, it may be illegal if it is done for the purpose of eliminating or substantially damaging a competitor.

      From what I can see they're just under new management and using it as a marketing tool to get people in the door. Hopefully they have good prices and products generally to get people to keep coming back.
