Prepaid SIM that works overseas.

Hi,

I am currently on Lebara $14.95 small plan that serves its purpose perfectly. All I want in a mobile service is cheap, has some GB of data and enough calls/SMS occasionally.

The only issue is when I go overseas I can't get any SMS with Lebara. If there is an issue with my Gmail or bank account and I need to enter a SMS code I can't.
Lebara doesn't work overseas and seems it won't ever.

So I am just here to get some recommendations for what I can switch to that is around the same price. I would really prefer to transfer the number than get a new one.

    why not just use Skype or VOIP service? all you need is an internet connection so no connectivity issues/concerns.

    Aldi has a &15 month plan, includes 2.5gb data and does international roaming.

    Lebara now have international roaming (They did not have this previously) and I think you will now get SMS's overseas if you are in the one of ther countries where they allow roaming. You might want to call them and check

    in past have used amaysim…get free sms received while international travel.
    to make call or send sms have to add additional credit.
