  The ACCC cases brought against Kogan were for misleading claims (mostly fake discounts, by inflating prices, then offering false discounts) and not related to warranties.
  
  It's good to know, and people should be cautious about claims made by Kogan in general, but this looks like a pretty good price to me.

    Yeah, that Kogan guy is known for copying other people's advertising. He's clever but well and truly known to be dodgy.
