My Hoover 500MB will wash the clothes but won't go into spin mode, it just pumps the water out, leaving them wetter than they should be. So I'm looking for a repairer. Does anybody have experience with either of these, especially with Hoover machines?

Edit: Bought the top recommendation from Choice in the small machine class from appliancesonline.com.au (note, an Ozzie business, not an overseas business snatcher). Have been happy with this company's service in the past and the review information they put on their website. Hope they keep it up. Bricks and mortar shops can go hang their heads in shame.
New washing machine delivered today. Connected up and old one taken away. Now I can stop looking grubby in public. :)
