I couldn't find any T&Cs restricting this one to Far North QLD residents, so have left it as Australia-wide, however if you live outside of Cairns you'll need to make your own way to Cairns airport for the flights.

Explain to us in 100 words or less who you would take to the 2019 Cooktown Discovery Festival and why

Flights are non-transferable, all other travel expenses are at the cost of the winner, dates are exclusive to the festival and can’t be transferred, non-transferable to any other persons

Prize:
The Winners Pass will include:

Two return flights with Hinterland Aviation from Cairns to Cooktown, which will take you over the World Heritage Listed, Great Barrier Reef, including airport transfers in Cooktown.

Winners will be able to enjoy two nights accommodation at the Seaview Motel to stay and enjoy the full three day festival.
