Hungry Jacks Bondi Beach Looks Like It's Bankrupt

Update: Looks like the security guard was one hungry paying customer. They're back in business, baby. They had customers too. It was like the end of the classic "It's a wonderful life".

Just walked past Hungry Jacks Bondi Beach and the typical "locks changed" notice was placed on all the outside doors. There was a lone security guard sitting inside.

I felt they were getting stingier with the Shaking and Winning of prizes recently, so I'm not so surprised. I probably could have ordered a full priced meal once in a while, but that's not how I roll.

Another one bites the dust…

    Another what? Another store, or another Hungry Jacks?
    Are you lamenting the loss of the Whopper, or the collapse of the Australian retail sector?
    Both are pretty sad to lose.

    In 2018 the ACCC said electricity prices are threatening the viability of small and large enterprises and that this is unsustainable.

    The Greens were the only party that claimed they would do something about it.

    Now that the electorate has made their choice electricity will continue to increase in price causing further business closures and heavy social costs such as homelessness, choosing between food and heating and the suicide rate will increase.
