  • Thanks Moocher! Did you have any thoughts on the C15 Super Booster? :)

I've never used Paula's choice I'm afraid - I'm a bit too cheap for that :P Posted the deal because I know there are some fans of PC.

In terms of Vit C, my first one was The Ordinary's Ascorbyl Glucoside 12% (gentle and non-irritating water-based serum), and then moved on to their 30% L-Ascorbic acid in silicone (strong, tingling, harder to layer). Currently experimenting with DIY 20% Vit C serum :P

  • These "offers" from PC are pretty common, and pretty rubbish. My inbox has been flooded with hundreds of these deals for years now.

3 years ago these guys actually offered fair prices, now it's almost doubled, or even higher for some products.

The mentioned BHA was $24.75 standard price, and you could get free shipping for it. With discounts at the time ($15 off and similar), my first couple bottles ended up swinging between $10-15 DELIVERED per bottle.

Since they got popular they've increased price by 200%, changed free shipping to over $100 only and the discounts aren't good enough to get you anywhere near the old undiscounted price.

Absolutely not a bargain. Buy The Ordinary or korean brands instead.

    • Oh really, I didn't realise that prices had gone up so much :(
