  • Deliveroo is typically more expensive with some of my local places so be sure to cross reference pricing as it may provide a false read on a bargain

    Weird. I'm registered but I'm not getting any acknowledgement of spend emails for the Deliveroo deal. Have definitely met the spend conditions. These emails are usually instantaneous. Anyone else in the same boat?

    • Yup, I’ve had the same issue, spending and not getting the Amex redeemed emails. I’ve always gotten the Amex emails too which is strange.

    • Same. Used tonight and no email yet.

      • Just went on chat and they said to wait 5-7 business days. Will see if it shows up.

    • Used this Sunday night and my transaction has already posted. Never got the email which is always instantaneous. First time this has happened.. Can we dispute the charge with Amex?

    • I'm having the same issue. I ordered on Saturday night and I'm yet to receive an email. There emails have always been instant for me in the past. I'll contact AMEX on Thursday if I don't hear anything.

  • None of these have shown up on my account, in fact the offer has totally disappeared off my app.

  • It won't let me register my card because I'm only getting a choice of "Commonwealth Bank" as the issuer whereas mine is issued by Amex themselves.

    • Tried again 3 times. Got a non-response saying: "Our system is not responding at this time, please try again later."

  • I just get an offer page without any details (no names, no conditions, nothing).

  • used it today. Got email straightaway.
