Been using both sites for a long time. I'm looking to make a big purchase on the Amazon US site for delivery to my relatives in the USA. I was surprised to find both stores no longer paying out for Amazon US. What gives?

So far I know only Top Cash Back but only certain categories. Most other categories no cash back. Check also in the product page, sometimes there is offer.
