  I received tracking number, but everyday it updates to "item processed at facility"

  Just emailed ozpets and the email bounced back…

  Looks like PayPal dispute is going to have to be started.

      Yeah thanks, I think you should sort out the email bouncing back issue and also the contact phone number just goes straight to message bank.

      Made me worried, hence I raised a PayPal dispute. Mean while my order was divided into 2 packages with 1 taking 2 weeks from payment date and the other 17 days.

      Next time I'll just use budgetpetproducts for their fast delivery and no issues…
