Channel 9 Story on Group Buying - Redemption Problems

I was just talking to my friend how I am getting my hair done soon after awaiting a refund from scoopon otherwise I would've done so sooner. When an advert on channel 9 comes up about people buying vouchers and not being able to redeem them. Not sure exactly when it's on but it did show a screenshot of spreets.

Thought people would be interested

    Im not sure sorry I wasn't paying attention and looked up after they said it. Channel 9 is all I know for sure.
