  Any idea what the IAP are?
  I'm a bit bored of grabbing now free apps, only to find they're crippled and you need to buy extras to make it functional.

      I'm doing body recomp with keto and strength training. All these workout apps on the play store have inflated ratings and you will not see major changes unless you actually have good eating habits.

        That's a bit unfair as no workout program will give you good results without good eating practices. You con only rate workout programs/apps on that basis.
