Subscribe to Email/Notifications by Product?

Hey guys - was just looking to buy a Logitech Mx Master 2s. I search the site and it recognized the product and displayed some results. There was 1 active deal which was great - I ended up buying the mouse using a 20% eBay discount! There were also lots of expired deals.

It got me thinking, it would be awesome if I could subscribe to products via site notifications and/or email so that I can be notified for any future deals on that product.

I have a wish list of stuff I'd buy if the price was cheap enough so thought this would be handy.

I currently subscribe to retailers and the notifications and emails are really useful.

Unless this already exists and I'm missing something??

Search on Ozbargain, click Create Alert. Get an e-mail every time item is posted on deals.

    AFAIK you can't subscribe to a product. You have to create a manual search for say 'Logitech MX Master 2s' and then after searching you can subscribe to that search. Then when something new comes up under that search you get an email

      Thanks. I still cannot work how how to subscribe to a search. The image above is an example search result page - i can't find anywhere to subscribe??
      
      Also OzBargain - can I log this as a feature request? I reckon many people would find this very useful!

        @sweepy: You have to do a manual search, don't click the product. Search for 'Logitech MX Master 2s' with text manually. Do not click the popup below the search bar that shows the product. Once you have completed the search, on the right it should have a 'create alert' button.

OK - I can create the manual search alert - but now I can only get desktop notifications - not notifications my email for search queries. Is this possible??
