Im with optus and I have 100gb with my phone plan, I have a Nighthawk M1 router I wanted to pool data with but apparently its $25 extra per month to add a data sim that can access the data pool. Does anyone know a way around this? I thought with apple watches and other products it was free pooling but optus as usual were less than helpful

You need a sim. They were $15pm on a 12month plan.
Does the nighthawk work with optus bands?

Data pooling is for mobile numbers. unless you can somehow put a mobile sim in your router, you can't really do it.
