I used a car rental place close to Brisbane airport a few years ago. I think they were called alpha car rentals. Hey can pick you up tp get the car and drop you off at the airport again when you leave. And they were pretty cheap.

The cheapest, I'd imagine, would be Rent-a-bomb used cars.
