          @ihbh: Put the Maca powder in a big blender with ground Chia seed and Goji berries that have been soaked overnight.

              @ihbh: Chia is mainly for Omegas,Goji for antioxidants,Selenium,etc.

              Usually put them on rolled oats and let them soak in.

              Just using Maca for the first time.
              Down the Post Office now.Will hopefully have the box picked up Wednesday.

              Will see how it goes.
