Don't drink bottled water kids. Massive carbon footprint and cost increase on tap water (even including buying and maintaining your own filter if you're really that bothered).

    • +1

Tap water is nasty and a filter isn't suitable if you're "drinking on the go".

      • I know, could you imagine having to fill up a reusable bottle!? Ugh!

      • +1

Get a brita jug for the fridge and then refill your bottles using that.

        • I put a filter tap on 5 months ago. Great investment

Less than 10% of items put in recycling bins are actually recycled.
Reduce your waste and BYO cup, use tap water.

    • Or maybe our councils and government can do their job and recycle 100% of recyclable materials that are in the recycling stream instead of this current mess that we have. Maybe if penalties for poor performance of elected officials included prison time they might all of a sudden start doing their job properly.

  • Anybody know what the best tasting bottled water is? I currently drink Mount Franklin, but would be interested in potentially upgrading to Fiji or other if suitable recomendations come my way.

    • +1

They literally all taste the same. The only water I’ve tested that tastes better and different than others is the charity water cotton on (yes that clothing company) sells for $2. Probably best water I’ve ever had tbh.

  • This is not cheap. Spud Shed in Butler WA for their store opening this week have 20 of their own branded water, same size, for $2.99

    • +1

Yes it is. I reuse these bottles at least 30-40 times, you can't do that with many other bottles like the ALDI ones.

  • Thanks op. Grabbed a pack.
I find these bottles are better quality than the coles ones.

  • I can't purchase, "We're sorry. This item has a limited purchase quantity. We have changed your purchase quantity to the maximum allowable."

$5.50 at Woolies at the moment

    • Looks like $5.50 in states without the return deposit, and $7.70 elsewhere.
