So I've booked a flight to a Phuket with Malindo, via KL.
They've emailed me this evening to advise they are no longer providing me with the "Snack" provided on the KUL to HKT leg each way, but I may buy one instead, (or a meal).
They've offered me 5% off my next flight instead but I don't want it, so I've written the following to them:
"Hi,
I have received your email advising you have changed the terms of our contract of sale by no longer providing a snack on each flight.
The offer of 5% off another flight is not acceptable. I will, however, accept a $20 AUD refund for the shortfall.
Please let me know when this can be accommodated, or if you wish to suggest another offer which would be acceptable to us both.
Kind regards".
Whilst it's not a huge problem, I think it's wrong to suddenly offer me less than I've paid for, so I'll keep you in the loop with what their response is in case anyone else is affected.
I'm on the edge of my seat to find out if you get compensation for your missing chocolate bar.
I can't stand the suspense!
(that's a 90min flight, for those playing at home)
