This is such a lie.
I just tried to make a booking with the Quay West Property and it shows up the rates and everything but after I clicked confirm, it then says "Code rate not available". I have tried it for more than 5 times already.
What did they say when you contacted them?
I was not able to contact them as it was already outside office hours..
