Where does it say the wall mount itself isn’t included? If they’re including wall mount installation it’d be implied everything they need to do it is included too.
I just heard an ad for it on the radio and they definitely said the wall mount itself wasn’t included.
It’s a bit jerky but if you take it to an ultra level you could argue they also don’t provide the wall. And if it was a free tabletop installation it wouldn’t include the furniture it’s going on.
