We have 5 people so no spare seats
You need a bigger car then.
I reckon honda city might do it? 536L of luggage space?
@fatboyslim: I'm no expert but this doesn't look sufficient for 2 large suitcases and a cabin size:

Maybe pop to a Honda dealer tomorrow and have a look in person.
@Hybroid: I have a city, the boot his huge, will fit that easy
3 adults n 2 young kids. So it will be full but not full full
2 young kids with booster? very tight for the middle adult
It is se asia and booster isnt required
I love bargains and saving money, but I would think 2 young kids are worth the boosters and hence the upgrade.
@RockyRaccoon: Only 1 booster required. Another kid is old enuf without

and 5 people?
you might be able able to fit one suitcase.Last holiday i rented a hyundai accent sedan which fitted everything!
I haven't rented a car in SEA, but everywhere I have rented you rent a category of cars, not a specific car.
^this.
rented a car for 3 weeks in melb last christmas holidays.
booked an "xtrail" class of car through budget and got a tucson.
same-same
The car company asked for our pref for vehicle n we can pick a Livina or City. Hence the question
I have never ever rented a car and received the car i chose when booking online. Always the same class/style, but never the same model.
Thats just been my experience.
In regards to your original question - google it. The answer is on the internet and would have responded to you with in 10 seconds
Livina with rear seats down will be quite comfortable.
