CORRECTION!!
I searched my email inbox for fila.com.au - but I should have searched for just "fila"!
I just noticed that I did get a delivery advice this morning from AusPost about delivery today of item sent by Fila - notice received because I am registered with AusPost for notifications coming to my name at our address.
Auspost advice includes a tracking number showing dispatch on Monday, so Fila are missing out on a positive customer engagement opportunity by not themselves providing this tracking number to their customers directly.
Hope these are not too crap!!??
Not a good sign that we ordered 3 pr Sunday but still zero info/update from them re expected arrival despite paying $10 for courier delivery!
