Hi,
So I am thinking about replacing my head set, as my current one broke. It was the original one that came with my W910i Sony Ericsson.
The Sony earphones are great, so I want to replace them, as it was the earphones bit that actually stopped working suddenly… it was very strange. After about 2.5 years of use, one earphone stopped working, then a few hours later the other one stopped working too… Coincidence?
Anyway, I found these on ebay:

OR THESE:

They say they're genuine, seller looks legit, from UK, but at that price? I am very skeptical, because the equivalent actual Sony earphones, without the microphone etc, just a longer cord, cost about $80 from the shops.
So, do you guys think this is a genuine one?
If not, where can I find a genuine one?
And don't say Sony Australia. I called them to ask about a replacement bud for these same earphones, I lost the little rubber gromet. $10 EACH! plus shipping!!! I could not believe it! at that rate a whole new headset will probably cost me a couple of hundred dollars…
Why not take the risk? But with feedback and sales like that, I get the feeling they might be genuine.
Cheap as hell…I hate shops, if you've seen some of their profit margins…
