I get the book via the app through my work, so not 100% sure if there's some bonus offer for buying it or something, but the offer I can see for VA has a "NEW 2019/20" tag and is:

5% off fares valid for travel on Virgin Australia operated and numbered flights between Australian domestic port"
Valid now to 1st June 2020
