So Samsung has started contacting those who per-ordered the Fold and advised them their orders will automatically be cancelled unless you advise you are willing to wait, the caveat is they do not know how long the wait will be.
Wonder how the Huawei device is going to fair given it used very similar tech for its screen etc.

I always use 3ply x 3squares. I use two fingers to back the square to prevent excessive spot friction that would lead to rub through.
If it is not too messy, I fold it in half and do a second pass.

Huawei one's folds out though. That may be the main difference. But with that, its more easier to drop and break the screen. They really need to trial these devices rigorously before releasing.. instead of rushing just to get ahead of the market
their interpretation of 'trials' is using a machine to repeatedly fold it in a precise, pre-designed, mechanical way lmao. gronks.
