Kogan Powerbank Doesn't Charge MacBook Pro 2018

I bought this (Kogan 26800 mAh Powerbank) however it doesn't seem to charge my Macbook pro 15" (2018). I tried both the USB C cable that came with the device as well as my MacBook Pro USB C standard charging cable. Does it work for anyone else? It charges my iPhone fine.

  I was about to buy this the other day, but I stopped the last sec because of the postage.
  I am now having a Xiaomi 20000 mAh one and it works ok with my Surface Go.
