Budget 24" Freesync monitor? Under $200

Hey,

I'm looking at getting a new monitor and was after some recommendations.
Criteria
- Under $200
- Freesync
- Preferably 24" not a big fan of anything smaller or larger
- VESA mount
- 1ms vs 5ms doesn't bother me that much.

I was considering the Acer VG240Y $179 @ Bing Lee
But then I got a $50 JB Hi-fi gift card for my birthday, if I can price match the Philips 241E9 with Mwave who have it at $169 and use the giftcard would bring it down to $119 which might be hard to beat, unless someone has had a really bad experience with the Philips monitor.
Would that be the best bang for your buck I can currently get?
Or are there vastly better alternatives out there that match my criteria?
